📢 Principal Vacancies – National Schools

The Ministry of Education, Higher Education and Vocational Education has invited applications from qualified Grade I officers of the Sri Lanka Education Administrative Service to fill vacant principal positions in national schools.

✅ Basic Eligibility

• Applicants must be Grade I officers of the Sri Lanka Education Administrative Service.
• Applicants should not be over 58 years of age on the closing date.
• Applicants must satisfy all conditions stated in the official notice.

📝 Selection

Suitable officers will be selected through an interview conducted according to the approved interview marking scheme.

📮 Application Submission

Completed applications should be sent by registered post to the Secretary, Ministry of Education, Higher Education and Vocational Education, Isurupaya, Battaramulla, to reach on or before 30 September 2026.

Applicants should carefully read the official notice, check the school vacancy list and interview marking scheme, and use the prescribed application form.

සිංහල සාරාංශය

ජාතික පාසල්වල පුරප්පාඩු වී ඇති විදුහල්පති තනතුරු සඳහා පත්කිරීමට ශ්‍රී ලංකා අධ්‍යාපන පරිපාලන සේවයේ I ශ්‍රේණියේ සුදුසුකම්ලත් නිලධාරීන්ගෙන් අයදුම්පත් කැඳවා ඇත.

• ශ්‍රී ලංකා අධ්‍යාපන පරිපාලන සේවයේ I ශ්‍රේණියේ නිලධාරියෙකු විය යුතුය.
• අයදුම්පත් භාරගන්නා අවසන් දිනට වයස අවුරුදු 58 නොඉක්මවිය යුතුය.
• නිල ලකුණු පටිපාටිය අනුව පැවැත්වෙන සම්මුඛ පරීක්ෂණයකින් තෝරාගැනීම සිදු කෙරේ.
• නියමිත ආදර්ශ අයදුම්පත භාවිත කළ යුතුය.

• விண்ணப்பதாரர் இலங்கை கல்வி நிர்வாக சேவையின் தரம் I உத்தியோகத்தராக இருக்க வேண்டும்.
• விண்ணப்ப முடிவுத் திகதியன்று 58 வயதிற்கு மேற்படாதவராக இருக்க வேண்டும்.
• அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட புள்ளியிடல் திட்டத்திற்கமைவான நேர்முகப் பரீட்சையின் மூலம் தெரிவு இடம்பெறும்.
• குறிப்பிட்ட மாதிரி விண்ணப்பப்படிவத்தைப் பயன்படுத்த வேண்டும்.
