Online Applications for Evaluation / Paper Marking Duties

Applications are invited from eligible teachers and education officers for evaluation / paper marking duties of the General Information Technology (GIT) Examination – 2026.

📌 Important Information
✅ Applications should be submitted online.
✅ Applicants should enter all required information correctly.
✅ Applications containing incorrect or incomplete information may be rejected.
✅ Applicants should select the relevant marking centre according to the instructions.
✅ Paper marking centres are expected to operate for a period of up to approximately 10 days.

Teachers serving in Government Schools under the Ministry of Education or Provincial Education authorities who fulfil the relevant qualifications and experience mentioned in the instructions may apply.

Priority/eligibility is linked to the applicant's qualifications, teaching duties, relevant GIT/ICT experience and other requirements stated by the Department of Examinations.

⚠️ Important: Applicants are advised to carefully read the official instructions before completing the online application.

After completing the application, applicants should follow the prescribed online procedure and retain/download the relevant application copy where required. Applications of school teachers should also be verified/certified through the relevant authority as instructed.

The Department has also provided a verification status system for applications. Applicants should ensure that all information submitted is accurate before final submission.

සාමාන්‍ය තොරතුරු තාක්ෂණ (GIT) විභාගය – 2026 සඳහා ඇගයීම් / උත්තර පත්‍ර පරීක්ෂණ කටයුතු සඳහා සුදුසුකම් ඇති ගුරුවරුන් සහ අදාළ අධ්‍යාපන නිලධාරීන්ගෙන් අයදුම්පත් කැඳවනු ලැබේ.

✅ අයදුම්පත් මාර්ගගතව (Online) ඉදිරිපත් කළ යුතුය.
✅ සියලුම තොරතුරු නිවැරදිව ඇතුළත් කළ යුතුය.
✅ අසම්පූර්ණ හෝ වැරදි තොරතුරු සහිත අයදුම්පත් ප්‍රතික්ෂේප විය හැක.
✅ අයදුම් කිරීමට පෙර නිල උපදෙස් හොඳින් කියවන්න.

අධ්‍යාපන අමාත්‍යාංශය හෝ පළාත් අධ්‍යාපන බලධාරීන් යටතේ සේවය කරන සහ අදාළ සුදුසුකම් හා පළපුරුද්ද සපුරාලන ගුරුවරුන්ට අයදුම් කළ හැක.

අයදුම්පත ඉදිරිපත් කිරීමෙන් පසු අදාළ උපදෙස් අනුව අයදුම්පත බාගත කර අවශ්‍ය සහතික කිරීම් සිදු කළ යුතුය.

பொதுத் தகவல் தொழில்நுட்பப் (GIT) பரீட்சை – 2026 விடைத்தாள் மதிப்பீட்டு / பரீட்சகர் பணிகளுக்காகத் தகுதியுடைய ஆசிரியர்கள் மற்றும் சம்பந்தப்பட்ட கல்வி உத்தியோகத்தர்களிடமிருந்து விண்ணப்பங்கள் கோரப்பட்டுள்ளன.

✅ விண்ணப்பங்கள் நிகழ்நிலையில் (Online) சமர்ப்பிக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
✅ கோரப்பட்டுள்ள அனைத்து தகவல்களும் சரியாக உள்ளிடப்பட வேண்டும்.
✅ தவறான அல்லது முழுமையற்ற தகவல்களைக் கொண்ட விண்ணப்பங்கள் நிராகரிக்கப்படலாம்.
✅ விண்ணப்பிப்பதற்கு முன்னர் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ள அறிவுறுத்தல்களை முழுமையாக வாசிக்கவும்.

கல்வி அமைச்சு அல்லது மாகாண கல்வி அதிகாரிகளின் கீழுள்ள அரச பாடசாலைகளில் பணிபுரியும் மற்றும் தேவையான தகைமைகள் மற்றும் அனுபவத்தை கொண்ட ஆசிரியர்கள் அறிவுறுத்தல்களின் அடிப்படையில் விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம்.

விண்ணப்பத்தை நிகழ்நிலையில் சமர்ப்பித்த பின்னர் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ள அறிவுறுத்தல்களுக்கு ஏற்ப விண்ணப்பத்தைப் பதிவிறக்கம் செய்து, தேவையான உறுதிப்படுத்தல் நடவடிக்கைகளை மேற்கொள்ள வேண்டும்.
