Teachers' Annual Transfer Appeal Decisions – 2025 (2026)

Important Instructions

• Transfer orders for which no specific implementation date has been mentioned must be implemented immediately.
• Where a specific implementation date has been provided, the transfer must take effect from that date.
• Teachers concerned must be informed of the relevant transfer decisions.
• Individual decisions will not be separately communicated to each officer.
• Officers who are dissatisfied with decisions may appeal to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal in accordance with the applicable law.
• However, transfer orders must remain in force until a final decision is issued by the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
• Officers must report to their new workplaces on the specified dates in accordance with the transfer orders.
• The Public Service Commission will not reconsider further requests or recommendations regarding transfers for which it has already issued decisions.

ශ්‍රී ලංකා ගුරු සේවයේ වාර්ෂික ස්ථාන මාරු අභියාචනා තීරණ 2025 (2026)

ශ්‍රී ලංකා ගුරු සේවයේ නිලධාරීන්ගේ 2025 (2026) වාර්ෂික ස්ථාන මාරු නියෝග සම්බන්ධයෙන් රාජ්‍ය සේවා කොමිෂන් සභාව වෙත ඉදිරිපත් කරන ලද අභියාචනා පිළිබඳ තීරණ නිකුත් කර ඇත.

මේ සම්බන්ධයෙන් රාජ්‍ය සේවා කොමිෂන් සභාව විසින් 2026 නොවැම්බර් 04 දින නිල දැනුම්දීමක් නිකුත් කර තිබේ.

• ක්‍රියාත්මක විය යුතු දිනයක් විශේෂයෙන් සඳහන් කර නොමැති ස්ථාන මාරු වහාම ක්‍රියාත්මක කළ යුතුය.
• නිශ්චිත දිනයක් සඳහන් කර ඇති ස්ථාන මාරු එම දිනයේ සිට ක්‍රියාත්මක කළ යුතුය.
• එක් එක් නිලධාරියා වෙත තීරණ වෙන වෙනම දැනුම් දීමක් සිදු නොකෙරේ.
• තීරණයකින් අතෘප්තියට පත්වන නිලධාරියෙකුට නීතියට අනුව පරිපාලන අභියාචන විනිශ්චය අධිකාරිය වෙත අභියාචනයක් ඉදිරිපත් කළ හැකිය.
• අභියාචනය පිළිබඳ අවසන් තීරණයක් ලැබෙන තෙක් ස්ථාන මාරු නියෝගය ක්‍රියාත්මක විය යුතුය.
• රාජ්‍ය සේවා කොමිෂන් සභාව විසින් දැනටමත් තීරණ ලබා දී ඇති ස්ථාන මාරු පිළිබඳ නැවත ඉදිරිපත් කරන ඉල්ලීම් සලකා බලනු නොලැබේ.

இலங்கை ஆசிரியர் சேவையைச் சேர்ந்த ஆசிரியர்களின் 2025 (2026) வருடாந்த இடமாற்ற உத்தரவுகளுக்கு எதிராக பொதுச் சேவை ஆணைக்குழுவிற்கு சமர்ப்பிக்கப்பட்ட மேன்முறையீடுகள் தொடர்பான தீர்மானங்கள் வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளன.

இது தொடர்பாக 2026 நவம்பர் 04 ஆம் திகதியிடப்பட்ட உத்தியோகபூர்வ அறிவித்தல் வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.

• நடைமுறைப்படுத்துவதற்கான குறிப்பிட்ட திகதி குறிப்பிடப்படாத இடமாற்றங்கள் உடனடியாக நடைமுறைப்படுத்தப்பட வேண்டும்.
• குறிப்பிட்ட திகதி வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ள இடமாற்றங்கள் அத்திகதியிலிருந்து நடைமுறைப்படுத்தப்பட வேண்டும்.
• ஒவ்வொரு உத்தியோகத்தருக்கும் தீர்மானங்கள் தனித்தனியாக அறிவிக்கப்பட மாட்டாது.
• தீர்மானத்தில் திருப்தியடையாத உத்தியோகத்தர்கள் சட்ட ஏற்பாடுகளுக்கு அமைவாக நிர்வாக மேன்முறையீட்டு நியாயசபையில் மேன்முறையீடு செய்யலாம்.
• நிர்வாக மேன்முறையீட்டு நியாயசபையின் இறுதித் தீர்மானம் கிடைக்கும் வரை வழங்கப்பட்ட இடமாற்ற உத்தரவு நடைமுறையில் இருக்க வேண்டும்.
• இடமாற்றம் பெற்ற ஆசிரியர்கள் குறிப்பிட்ட திகதிகளில் புதிய கடமை நிலையங்களில் கடமைகளைப் பொறுப்பேற்க வேண்டும்.
• ஏற்கனவே தீர்மானம் வழங்கப்பட்ட இடமாற்றங்கள் தொடர்பாக மீண்டும் சமர்ப்பிக்கப்படும் கோரிக்கைகள் பொதுச் சேவை ஆணைக்குழுவினால் பரிசீலிக்கப்பட மாட்டாது.
