Short Course in CLIL 2026
The Ministry of Education, Higher Education and Vocational Education has announced applications for the Short Course in Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL).
The programme is specially designed for Bilingual Education practitioners working in the government school system.
Full scholarships will be offered to eligible participants.
Who Can Apply?
The course is intended for Bilingual Education practitioners such as:
- Teachers
- In-Service Advisors
- Teacher Educators
- Officers attached to Zonal Education Offices
Applicants should be working within the government school system.
Course Benefits
- Cambridge TKT CLIL Certificate
- Certificate of Completion from the PGIE
- Full scholarship for eligible participants
Mode of Study
The programme will be conducted using a hybrid learning format.
- 60% of the course will be conducted on-site at the Postgraduate Institute of English (PGIE) during weekends.
- Online sessions will be conducted during weekends and weekday evenings.

අධ්යාපන, උසස් අධ්යාපන සහ වෘත්තීය අධ්යාපන අමාත්යාංශය විසින් අන්තර්ගත හා භාෂා ඒකාබද්ධ ඉගෙනුම් (CLIL) කෙටි පාඨමාලාව සඳහා අයදුම්පත් කැඳවා ඇත.
රජයේ පාසල් පද්ධතියේ ද්විභාෂා අධ්යාපනය සම්බන්ධයෙන් කටයුතු කරන ගුරුවරුන්, සේවාස්ථ උපදේශකවරුන්, ගුරු අධ්යාපනඥයින් සහ කලාප අධ්යාපන කාර්යාලවල නිලධාරීන් සඳහා මෙම පාඨමාලාව විශේෂයෙන් සැලසුම් කර ඇත.
සුදුසුකම් ලබන අය සඳහා පූර්ණ ශිෂ්යත්ව ලබාදේ. පාඨමාලාව 2026 නොවැම්බර් මාසයේ ආරම්භ වන අතර කාලය මාස 3.5 කි.

கல்வி, உயர்கல்வி மற்றும் தொழிற்கல்வி அமைச்சினால் Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) குறுங்கற்கைநெறிக்கான விண்ணப்பங்கள் கோரப்பட்டுள்ளன.
அரச பாடசாலை முறைமையில் இருமொழிக் கல்வியில் பணியாற்றும் ஆசிரியர்கள், சேவைக்கால ஆலோசகர்கள், ஆசிரியர் கல்வியாளர்கள் மற்றும் வலயக் கல்வி அலுவலகங்களுடன் இணைந்த அதிகாரிகள் இக்கற்கைநெறிக்கு விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம்.
தகுதியான விண்ணப்பதாரர்களுக்கு முழுமையான புலமைப்பரிசில் வழங்கப்படும். வகுப்புகள் 2026 நவம்பரில் ஆரம்பமாகும். கற்கைநெறியின் காலம் 3.5 மாதங்களாகும்.
