Journalists Housing Project 2026 – Full Details
The Ministry of Health and Mass Media invites applications from journalists across Sri Lanka for houses in the Kottawa Housing Scheme implemented under China Aid.
- The project is subject to the conditions imposed by the Government and the Ministry of Transport, Highways and Urban Development.
- Conditions relating to the down payment and instalments will be determined by the Ministry of Transport, Highways and Urban Development.
- Duly completed applications may be sent by registered post or delivered by hand.
- Write “Journalists Housing Project – 2026” clearly on the top-left corner of the envelope.

චීන ආධාර යටතේ කොට්ටාව ප්රදේශයේ ඉදිකිරීමට යෝජිත නිවාස ව්යාපෘතියෙන් දිවයින පුරා සිටින මාධ්යවේදීන් සඳහා නිවාස ලබාදීමට අයදුම්පත් කැඳවනු ලැබේ.
- ප්රතිලාභී නිවාස ගණන: 27
- එක් නිවාස ඒකකයක වටිනාකම: රු. මිලියන 5.19
- අත්තිකාරම් හා වාරික ගෙවීම් පිළිබඳ කොන්දේසි අදාළ අමාත්යාංශය විසින් නියම කරනු ලැබේ.
- අයදුම්පත් භාරගන්නා අවසාන දිනය: 2026.09.18
සම්පූර්ණ කළ අයදුම්පත් ලියාපදිංචි තැපෑලෙන් හෝ අතින් භාරදිය හැක. ලියුම් කවරයේ වම්පස ඉහළ කෙළවරේ “මාධ්යවේදී නිවාස ව්යාපෘතිය – 2026” ලෙස සඳහන් කරන්න.

சீன நிதியுதவியின் கீழ் கொட்டாவ பகுதியில் நிர்மாணிக்கத் திட்டமிடப்பட்டுள்ள வீட்டமைப்புத் திட்டத்தின் மூலம் நாடளாவிய ஊடகவியலாளர்களுக்கு வீடுகளை வழங்குவதற்காக விண்ணப்பங்கள் கோரப்படுகின்றன.
- பயனாளி வீடுகளின் எண்ணிக்கை: 27
- ஒரு வீட்டின் விலை: ரூபா 5.19 மில்லியன்
- முற்பணம் மற்றும் தவணைக் கொடுப்பனவுகளுக்கான நிபந்தனைகள் சம்பந்தப்பட்ட அமைச்சினால் விதிக்கப்படும்.
- விண்ணப்ப முடிவுத் திகதி: 18.09.2026
பூர்த்தி செய்யப்பட்ட விண்ணப்பங்களை பதிவுத் தபால் மூலமாக அனுப்பலாம் அல்லது நேரில் ஒப்படைக்கலாம். உறையின் இடது மேல் மூலையில் “ஊடகவியலாளர்கள் வீட்டமைப்புத் திட்டம் – 2026” எனத் தெளிவாகக் குறிப்பிடவும்.
