ජාතික නිවාස සංවර්ධන අධිකාරියේ ස්ථිර සේවය සඳහා පුරප්පාඩු 23ක් වෙනුවෙන් සුදුසුකම්ලත් ශ්‍රී ලාංකික පුරවැසියන්ගෙන් අයදුම්පත් කැඳවනු ලැබේ. ඉංජිනේරු, ගෘහ නිර්මාණ, සැලසුම්, ගිණුම්කරණ, ප්‍රමාණ සමීක්ෂණ සහ කළමනාකරණ ක්ෂේත්‍රවල තනතුරු ඇතුළත් වේ.

தேசிய வீடமைப்பு அபிவிருத்தி அதிகாரசபையில் நிரந்தர அடிப்படையில் காணப்படும் 23 பதவி வெற்றிடங்களுக்கு தகுதியான இலங்கைப் பிரஜைகளிடமிருந்து விண்ணப்பங்கள் கோரப்பட்டுள்ளன. பொறியியல், கட்டிடக்கலை, திட்டமிடல், கணக்கியல், அளவையியல் மற்றும் முகாமைத்துவப் பதவிகள் இதில் உள்ளடங்குகின்றன.

General Eligibility

• Applicants must be citizens of Sri Lanka.
• Applicants must be physically and mentally fit to perform the duties of the post.
• Applicants must be prepared to serve in any part of Sri Lanka.
• Applicants must possess an excellent moral character.
• Educational, professional and experience requirements differ according to each post.
• Government and public-sector employees must forward applications through the Head of their institution.

Age Limits

• HM 1-3 and HM 1-1 posts: Applicants must be between 35 and 55 years of age.
• MM 1-1 and JM 1-1 posts: Applicants must be between 22 and 45 years of age.
• The stated age limits do not apply to eligible internal applicants serving in government, state corporations, boards or statutory institutions.
