The University Grants Commission invites applications from candidates who have demonstrated exceptional abilities and achievements in sports for special university admission for the Academic Year 2025/2026.

✅ Who Can Apply?

Applicants should have fulfilled at least one of the following sports-related requirements:

• 🥇 Winning medals or participating in the Olympic Games.
• 🏅 Winning at least a Gold, Silver or Bronze Medal at the Commonwealth Games, Asian Games or SAARC Games.
• 🇱🇰 Being a member of a Sri Lankan national team representing the country at the Commonwealth Games, Asian Games, SAARC Games or a recognised World Cup competition.
• Sports may include Cricket, Football, Rugby, Volleyball, Netball or another sport accepted by the University Grants Commission.

• 🎯 Preferred course and university, where applicable
