Management Assistant – Grade III Vacancies
📢 Vacancy Announcement
The Institute of Biochemistry, Molecular Biology and Biotechnology (IBMBB) of the University of Colombo invites applications from suitably qualified Sri Lankan citizens for the following Management Assistant Grade III positions.
Management Assistant
Grade III
- Passed the G.C.E. O/L Examination in six subjects at one sitting.
- Credit passes in Sinhala or Tamil Language, English Language or English Literature, and Mathematics.
- Passed all subjects at the G.C.E. A/L Examination at one sitting, excluding the Common General Paper.
- Passing three subjects under the old A/L syllabus at one sitting is sufficient.
- A recognised computer application qualification of at least six months.
- Two years of experience in using computer application packages.
Management Assistant
Book Keeping – Grade III
- Passed the G.C.E. O/L Examination in six subjects at one sitting.
- Credit passes in Sinhala or Tamil Language, English Language or English Literature, and Mathematics.
- Passed all G.C.E. A/L subjects in the Commerce Stream at one sitting, excluding the Common General Paper.
- Applicants from another A/L stream must possess the National Certificate for Accounting Technicians or an equivalent recognised qualification.
- A recognised computer application qualification of at least six months.
- Two years of experience in using computer application packages.
✅ Common Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must be citizens of Sri Lanka.
Applicants must be between 18 and 30 years of age on the closing date.
Applicants must be of good character.
Selection will be through a written examination and interview.
💰 Salary and Benefits
Government-approved allowances applicable to the University system will also be paid.
- Universities Provident Fund membership.
- University Pension Scheme membership.
- Employees’ Trust Fund contribution.
- Appointment will initially be on probation for three years.

කොළඹ විශ්වවිද්යාලයේ ජෛවරසායන, අණුක ජීවවිද්යා සහ ජෛව තාක්ෂණ ආයතනයේ කළමනාකරණ සහකාර III ශ්රේණිය සහ කළමනාකරණ සහකාර – පොත් තැබීම III ශ්රේණිය තනතුරු සඳහා අයදුම්පත් කැඳවා ඇත. අයදුම්පත මාර්ගගතව ඉදිරිපත් කිරීමෙන් පසු, එහි මුද්රිත පිටපත සහ සහතික කළ ලේඛන ලියාපදිංචි තැපෑලෙන් 2026 ජූලි 06 දිනට පෙර යැවිය යුතුය.
கொழும்புப் பல்கலைக்கழகத்தின் உயிர்வேதியியல், மூலக்கூறு உயிரியல் மற்றும் உயிரித் தொழில்நுட்ப நிறுவகத்தில் முகாமைத்துவ உதவியாளர் தரம் III மற்றும் முகாமைத்துவ உதவியாளர் – கணக்குப் பதிவேடு தரம் III பதவிகளுக்கு விண்ணப்பங்கள் கோரப்பட்டுள்ளன. இணைய விண்ணப்பத்தைச் சமர்ப்பித்த பின்னர், அதன் அச்சுப் பிரதியையும் சான்றளிக்கப்பட்ட ஆவணங்களையும் பதிவுத் தபாலில் 06 ஜூலை 2026க்கு முன்னர் அனுப்ப வேண்டும்.
