Applications are invited from suitably qualified citizens of Sri Lanka for the post of Assistant Registrar (Establishment Division) at the University of Vocational Technology.
Qualifications
External Applicants
- A degree with First Class or Second Class from a recognized university or higher educational institute;
- OR a recognized university degree together with a postgraduate degree or postgraduate diploma in Administration or Management.
Internal Applicants
- A graduate of a recognized university or higher educational institution who is a confirmed employee of the university;
- OR an employee who has completed at least five years of satisfactory service in the relevant field in Grade II of the Management Assistant non-technological or technological category.
Age Limit and Appointment
- The appointment is permanent.
- EPF and ETF entitlements are available.
- The post is non-transferable.
- Salaries will be paid according to Management Services Circular No. 06/2025 dated 25 March 2025.
Selection Procedure
Candidates will be selected through a written competitive examination and/or structured interview.
Every applicant should:
- Be a citizen of Sri Lanka;
- Be physically and mentally fit to perform the duties of the post;
- Possess excellent moral character.

වෘත්තීය තාක්ෂණ විශ්වවිද්යාලයේ සහකාර ලේඛකාධිකාරී – ආයතන අංශය තනතුර සඳහා සුදුසුකම්ලත් ශ්රී ලාංකික පුරවැසියන්ගෙන් අයදුම්පත් කැඳවනු ලැබේ.
මෙය ස්ථිර තනතුරක් වන අතර අයදුම්කරුවන්ගේ වයස අවුරුදු 22ට නොඅඩු සහ අවුරුදු 45ට නොවැඩි විය යුතුය. අභ්යන්තර අයදුම්කරුවන් සඳහා උපරිම වයස් සීමාව අදාළ නොවේ.
අයදුම්පත් භාරගන්නා අවසන් දිනය: 2026 අගෝස්තු 31

இது ஒரு நிரந்தரப் பதவியாகும். விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் 22 வயதிற்குக் குறையாதவராகவும் 45 வயதிற்கு மேற்படாதவராகவும் இருக்க வேண்டும். உள்ளக விண்ணப்பதாரர்களுக்கு அதிகபட்ச வயதெல்லை பொருந்தாது.
