✝️ Catholic Dharmacharya Certificate Examination – 2026
An applicant should have obtained at least one of the following qualifications:
Applications should be submitted through the Head of a registered Catechism School.
Application forms have been sent to Catechism Schools and can also be downloaded using the official Sinhala, Tamil and English PDF links provided below.
Completed applications should reach:
Institutional Examinations Organization Branch
Department of Examinations, Sri Lanka
Pelawatta, Battaramulla
Applications should reach the Department on or before 14 September 2026.
Examination fees should be credited to the Department of Examinations revenue head 20-03-02-13, and the relevant receipt should be attached to the application as instructed.
Global and Sri Lanka Context
10 short-answer questions.
All questions should be answered.
10 × 4 marks = 40 Marks
05 structured questions are provided.
Candidates should answer 04 questions.
4 × 12 marks = 48 Marks
02 essay-type questions are provided.
Candidates should answer 01 question.
1 × 12 marks = 12 Marks
⏱ The duration allocated for each paper is three hours.
Candidates should pass all five subjects to complete the examination.
Where a candidate fails only one of the five subjects, the result will be treated as an under-pass. That subject should be completed within the next three consecutive examinations from the initial sitting.
Examination centres are expected to be established according to the number of applicants. A centre may be cancelled where there are insufficient candidates, and candidates may then be directed to a nearby centre.

කතෝලික ධර්මාචාර්ය සහතික පත්ර විභාගය – 2026
ශ්රී ලංකා විභාග දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව විසින් කතෝලික ධර්මාචාර්ය සහතික පත්ර විභාගය – 2026 සඳහා අයදුම්පත් කැඳවා ඇත.
🗓 විභාගය 2026 නොවැම්බර් මාසයේදී පැවැත්වීමට නියමිතය.
🌐 විභාගය සිංහල, දෙමළ හා ඉංග්රීසි මාධ්යවලින් පැවැත්වෙන අතර එක් අයදුම්කරුවෙකුට එක් භාෂා මාධ්යයකින් පමණක් විභාගයට පෙනී සිටිය හැක.
🎓 අයදුම්කරුවන් නිවේදනයේ සඳහන් සුදුසුකම්වලින් අවම වශයෙන් එක් සුදුසුකමක් සපුරා තිබිය යුතුය.
📝 අයදුම්පත් ලියාපදිංචි කතෝලික දහම් පාසලක ප්රධානියා මඟින් ඉදිරිපත් කළ යුතුය.
💰 සාමාන්ය විභාග ගාස්තුව රු. 200 වන අතර ප්රථම වරට විභාගයට පෙනී සිටින අයදුම්කරුවන් විභාග ගාස්තුවෙන් නිදහස් වේ.
📚 විභාගය විෂයයන් 05 කින් සමන්විත වන අතර එක් එක් ප්රශ්න පත්රය සඳහා පැය 03 ක් වෙන් කර ඇත.

இலங்கைப் பரீட்சைகள் திணைக்களத்தினால் கத்தோலிக்க மறை ஆசிரியர் சான்றிதழ் பரீட்சை – 2026 இற்கான விண்ணப்பங்கள் கோரப்பட்டுள்ளன.
🗓 பரீட்சை 2026 நவம்பர் மாதத்தில் நடைபெற ஏற்பாடுகள் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளன.
🌐 பரீட்சை சிங்களம், தமிழ் மற்றும் ஆங்கிலம் ஆகிய மொழி மூலங்களில் நடைபெறும். ஒரு விண்ணப்பதாரர் ஒரு மொழி மூலத்தில் மாத்திரமே பரீட்சைக்குத் தோற்ற முடியும்.
🎓 விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் உத்தியோகபூர்வ அறிவித்தலில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ள தகைமைகளில் குறைந்தது ஒரு தகைமையையாவது பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும்.
📝 விண்ணப்பங்கள் பதிவு செய்யப்பட்ட மறைக்கல்வி / மறைப்பாடசாலை தலைவரின் ஊடாக சமர்ப்பிக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
💰 பொதுவான பரீட்சைக் கட்டணம் ரூ. 200. முதல் தடவையாக பரீட்சைக்குத் தோற்றும் விண்ணப்பதாரர்களுக்கு பரீட்சைக் கட்டணம் விலக்களிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
📚 பரீட்சையில் 05 பாடங்கள் உள்ளன. ஒவ்வொரு வினாத்தாளுக்கும் 03 மணித்தியாலங்கள் வழங்கப்படும்.
