National Level ICT Championship Competition 2026


The Ministry of Education has officially announced the National Level ICT Championship Competition 2026 for school students, teachers, and teacher trainees. Applications are now open for the National Level School Software Competition (NSSC), Young Computer Scientist Competition (YCS), and Creative Teacher Competitions. Interested participants must complete the online registration before 30.06.2026 and submit projects before 31.08.2026

The All-Island Schools Art Competition 2026 organized by the Ministry of Education, Sri Lanka aims to develop creativity, artistic skills, and cultural appreciation among school students and teachers. This guide includes deadlines, stages, categories, submission rules, and evaluation criteria for all participants.

🎨 Competition Overview
The All-Island Schools Art Competition 2026 is organized by the Ministry of Education to enhance creativity, artistic skills, and cultural appreciation among students and teachers across Sri Lanka.
📅 Key Deadlines & Stages
  • Stage 1: Submission to Zonal Offices – Before May 29, 2026
  • Stage 2: Zonal Competitions – Before June 26, 2026
  • Stage 3: Submission to Provincial – Before July 17, 2026
  • Stage 4: Provincial Evaluation – Before August 15, 2026
  • Stage 5: National Selection – Before September 6, 2026
  • Stage 7: National Final Competition – Before October 20, 2026
  • Stage 8: Final Judging – Before November 27, 2026
🧑‍🎨 Categories & Age Groups
  • Grades 6–7: Expression drawings, decorative & graphic designs
  • Grades 8–9: Advanced versions of above categories
  • Grades 10–11: Landscapes, portraits, traditional art, posters, logos
  • Grades 12–13: Advanced drawing, murals, fashion design, cartoons, digital graphics
  • Special Category: Sculpture (modeling, carving, assembling)
📌 Submission Requirements
  • One category per student (except sculpture allowed with one more)
  • Artwork size: A3 (manual), A4 (computer graphics)
  • Students must bring own materials
  • Application form (Annex 02) must be attached and certified
  • Sculpture: Submit 3 photos (front & side views)
🏆 Evaluation & Awards
  • Grading: A (75–100%), B (50–74%), C (0–49%)
  • Evaluation based on creativity, skills & understanding
  • National winners receive higher education priority
  • Certificates issued at Zonal, Provincial & National levels
