The Faculty of Management Studies of the Open University of Sri Lanka has invited applications for the Advanced Certificate in Human Resource Management (ACHRM) 2027/2028.
This programme provides an excellent opportunity for students and working professionals to gain knowledge in Human Resource Management while obtaining a direct pathway to the Bachelor of Management Studies Honours Degree Programme.

Eligibility Requirements
- Successful completion of 30 Credits at SLQF Level 1 or above or any certificate course conducted by OUSL.
- OR Passed G.C.E. O/L with at least six subjects including Mathematics and First Language with two Credit passes.
- OR Passed NVQF Level 3 in the relevant field.
- OR Equivalent qualification accepted by the Senate of the Open University of Sri Lanka.
- Applicants should be above 16 years of age.
