📝 How to Apply – English
- Click the Online Application button given below.
- Select the EB 3 Examination from the examination list.
- Click Apply.
- The login page will appear.
- Enter your NIC number and mobile number.
- Tick Agree and I’m not a robot.
- Click Next.
- You will receive an OTP on your mobile phone.
- Enter the OTP and click Submit.
- Your online application form will then be displayed.

- පහත ඇති Online Application බොත්තම ක්ලික් කරන්න.
- විභාග ලැයිස්තුවෙන් EB 3 විභාගය තෝරන්න.
- Apply මත ක්ලික් කරන්න.
- පිවිසුම් පිටුව දිස්වනු ඇත.
- ඔබගේ ජාතික හැඳුනුම්පත් අංකය සහ ජංගම දුරකථන අංකය ඇතුළත් කරන්න.
- Agree සහ I’m not a robot යන කොටු සලකුණු කරන්න.
- Next මත ක්ලික් කරන්න.
- ඔබගේ ජංගම දුරකථනයට OTP අංකයක් ලැබෙනු ඇත.
- OTP අංකය ඇතුළත් කර Submit මත ක්ලික් කරන්න.
- ඉන්පසු ඔබගේ මාර්ගගත අයදුම්පත දිස්වනු ඇත.

- கீழே வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ள Online Application பொத்தானைக் கிளிக் செய்யவும்.
- பரீட்சைப் பட்டியலில் இருந்து EB 3 பரீட்சையை தெரிவுசெய்யவும்.
- Apply என்பதைக் கிளிக் செய்யவும்.
- உள்நுழைவுப் பக்கம் தோன்றும்.
- உங்கள் தேசிய அடையாள அட்டை இலக்கம் மற்றும் கையடக்கத் தொலைபேசி இலக்கத்தை உள்ளிடவும்.
- Agree மற்றும் I’m not a robot ஆகியவற்றைத் தெரிவுசெய்யவும்.
- Next என்பதைக் கிளிக் செய்யவும்.
- உங்கள் கையடக்கத் தொலைபேசிக்கு OTP இலக்கம் கிடைக்கும்.
- OTP இலக்கத்தை உள்ளிட்டு Submit என்பதைக் கிளிக் செய்யவும்.
- அதன் பின்னர் இணையவழி விண்ணப்பப் படிவம் திரையில் தோன்றும்.
📝 Online Application
Applications must be submitted through the online system of the Department of Examinations.

🖨️ After Submitting the Online Application
- Submit the application online.
- Download the submitted application.
- Obtain two printed copies.
- Complete the relevant sections of the printed copies by hand where required.
- Have the applicant's signature certified.
- Obtain the required certification from the Zonal Director of Education.
- One copy should be placed in the officer's personal file.
- The other copy should be kept by the applicant for submission when required.
👩🏫 Who Should Apply?
This examination is applicable to relevant officers of the Sri Lanka Teachers’ Service and teachers serving under the Provincial Public Service.
In addition, teachers who have already exceeded four years after promotion to Grade 2-I but whose promotion to Grade I falls after 30 June 2025 are also required to complete the Third Efficiency Bar requirement for promotion to Grade I.
