01. Senior Quality Assurance Officer

🎓 Qualifications & Experience
Applicants should satisfy one of the four qualification routes specified by ITI.
- Option 1: BSc Special Degree (4 years) with First or Second Class in Science + postgraduate degree by research in Science + 8 years relevant experience after the first degree, including 3 years in Quality Management System related areas.
- Option 2: Relevant recognized BSc qualification in Science with the required class + PhD in Science + 5 years relevant experience after the first degree, including 3 years in Quality Management System related areas.
- Option 3: BSc Degree (3 years) in Science + postgraduate research qualification in Science + PhD in Science + 8 years relevant research experience after the first degree, including 3 years in Quality Management System related areas.
- Option 4: BSc Degree in Science + postgraduate degree by research in Science + 15 years relevant laboratory / research / industry experience after the first degree, including 6 years after the postgraduate degree.
🧪 Main Duties
- Develop and implement ISO Quality Management Systems.
- Implement Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Maintain Quality Manuals and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Train and guide internal Technical Audit Teams.
- Carry out root cause analysis on non-conformances.
- Support method validation and uncertainty measurements.
- Conduct statistical analysis related to laboratory quality.
- Conduct quality-related training and awareness programmes.
- Support the delivery of high-quality R&D and technical services.
- Plan and organize proficiency testing schemes.

- Option 1: BSc Special Degree (4 years) with First or Second Class in Science, Engineering, Information Technology or Computer Science + postgraduate degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology + 8 years relevant experience after the first degree.
- Option 2: BSc Special Degree (4 years) in Science, Engineering, Information Technology or Computer Science + PhD in Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology + 5 years relevant experience after the first degree.
- Option 3: BSc Degree (4 years) in Science, Engineering, Information Technology or Computer Science + relevant postgraduate degree OR the professional charter specified in the advertisement + 8 years relevant Computer Engineering experience after the first degree.
💻 Main Duties
- Maintain and upgrade the ITI computer network.
- Maintain and improve network security systems.
- Administer the Institute ERP system.
- Coordinate with ICT service providers.
- Provide ICT support to Institute sections.
- Develop ICT solutions for Institute projects.
- Conduct ICT seminars, training and awareness programmes.
- Upgrade ERP and strategic management systems.
- Use ICT solutions to improve institutional productivity.
කාර්මික තාක්ෂණ ආයතනයේ ජ්යෙෂ්ඨ පරිගණක පද්ධති ඉංජිනේරු තනතුර සඳහා අයදුම්පත් කැඳවයි.
විද්යා, ඉංජිනේරු, තොරතුරු තාක්ෂණ හෝ පරිගණක විද්යා ක්ෂේත්රයේ අදාළ උපාධියක් සහ අවශ්ය පශ්චාත් උපාධි / වෘත්තීය සුදුසුකම් හා සේවා පළපුරුද්ද ඇති අයට අයදුම් කළ හැකිය.

விஞ்ஞானம், பொறியியல், தகவல் தொழில்நுட்பம் அல்லது கணினி விஞ்ஞானம் துறையில் உரிய பட்டம் மற்றும் தேவையான பட்டப்பின் / தொழில்சார் தகுதிகளுடன் அனுபவமுள்ளவர்கள் விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம்.

💰 Salary & Benefits
Grade: AR 2
Initial Salary Step:
Rs. 116,763/- + Government Approved Allowances
Salary Scale from 01.01.2027:
Rs. 133,220 – 10 × 3,600 – Rs. 169,220/-
Selected candidates may also be entitled to benefits including performance-based incentives, contributory medical insurance and the Institute's Provident Fund and ETF schemes.
🎂 Age Limit
Applicants should be not less than 30 years and not more than 55 years.
