Applications have been called for the 1st and 2nd Efficiency Bar Examinations – 2026 for officers of the Sri Lanka Principals’ Service.
⏰ Closing Date: 26.10.2026 at 9.00 p.m.
1️⃣ Second Efficiency Bar Examination – 2026
This examination is applicable to officers in Grade II of the Sri Lanka Principals’ Service and the officers specified in the official Gazette notice.
📍 Examination Centre: Colombo
Subjects – 2nd EB Examination
Duration: 3 Hours | Marks: 100 | Pass Mark: 40
Duration: 3 Hours | Marks: 100 | Pass Mark: 40
Duration: 3 Hours | Marks: 100 | Pass Mark: 40
The 2nd EB Examination will be conducted in Sinhala and Tamil media. Candidates must sit the examination in the medium selected in their application.
2️⃣ First Efficiency Bar Examination – 2026
This examination is applicable to officers in Grade III of the Sri Lanka Principals’ Service and the officers specified in the Gazette notice.

Subjects – 1st EB Examination
Duration: 2 Hours | Marks: 100 | Pass Mark: 40
Duration: 2 Hours | Marks: 100 | Pass Mark: 40
Duration: 3 Hours | Marks: 100 | Pass Mark: 40
Subjects 01 and 02 are conducted in Sinhala or Tamil. Subject 03, Link Language, is conducted only in English.
After submitting the online application, applicants should download and print it, complete the required sections, obtain certification of the signature and submit a copy to the head of the institution for inclusion in the personal file.
💰 Examination Fee
No examination fee is charged for the first attempt, whether sitting the full examination or part of it. For subsequent attempts, the fee is Rs. 250 per subject.

ශ්රී ලංකා විදුහල්පති සේවයේ නිලධාරීන් සඳහා වන I වන හා II වන කාර්යක්ෂමතා කඩඉම් විභාග – 2026 සඳහා මාර්ගගත අයදුම්පත් කැඳවා ඇත.
📅 අයදුම්පත් ආරම්භය: 2026.09.28 පෙ.ව. 9.00
⏰ අවසන් දිනය: 2026.10.26 ප.ව. 9.00
🔹 II වන කාර්යක්ෂමතා කඩඉම් විභාගය – ශ්රී ලංකා විදුහල්පති සේවයේ II ශ්රේණියේ නිලධාරීන් සඳහා වන අතර, විභාගය 2027 ජනවාරි මාසයේ කොළඹදී පැවැත්වීමට නියමිතය.
🔹 I වන කාර්යක්ෂමතා කඩඉම් විභාගය – ශ්රී ලංකා විදුහල්පති සේවයේ III ශ්රේණියේ නිලධාරීන් සඳහා වන අතර, විභාගය 2027 පෙබරවාරි මාසයේ කොළඹදී පැවැත්වීමට නියමිතය.
📝 මාර්ගගත අයදුම්පත ඉංග්රීසි භාෂාවෙන් පමණක් සම්පූර්ණ කළ යුතුය.

இலங்கை அதிபர் சேவை உத்தியோகத்தர்களுக்கான I மற்றும் II ஆம் வினைத்திறன் காண் தடைப் பரீட்சைகள் – 2026 தொடர்பாக இணையவழி விண்ணப்பங்கள் கோரப்பட்டுள்ளன.
📅 விண்ணப்பம் ஆரம்பம்: 28.09.2026 காலை 9.00 மணி
⏰ முடிவுத் திகதி: 26.10.2026 இரவு 9.00 மணி
🔹 II ஆம் வினைத்திறன் காண் தடைப் பரீட்சை – இலங்கை அதிபர் சேவை தரம் II உத்தியோகத்தர்களுக்கானதாகும். பரீட்சை 2027 ஜனவரி மாதம் கொழும்பில் நடைபெறவுள்ளது.
🔹 I ஆம் வினைத்திறன் காண் தடைப் பரீட்சை – இலங்கை அதிபர் சேவை தரம் III உத்தியோகத்தர்களுக்கானதாகும். பரீட்சை 2027 பெப்ரவரி மாதம் கொழும்பில் நடைபெறவுள்ளது.
📝 இணையவழி விண்ணப்பம் ஆங்கில மொழியில் மட்டுமே பூர்த்தி செய்யப்பட வேண்டும்.
