The Department of Examinations has announced that the Open Competitive Examination for Recruitment to Class 3 Grade III of the Sri Lanka Information and Communication Technology Service – 2025 (2026) will be held on 17 May 2026 in main towns islandwide. Ministry of Education has issued Circular No. 2006/44(i) regarding the financial incentive for principals and teachers serving in difficult and very difficult schools. According to the circular, the revised monthly allowance will be paid with effect from 01 April 2026.
