The Department of Examinations has announced that applications for the re-scrutiny of the 2026 Grade V Scholarship Examination results can be submitted online.

Important Instructions

Applications must be submitted online by the principal through the Department of Examinations’ Exam Information Centre or the official online examinations portal.
The principal should log in using the username and password already provided to the school.
Select the relevant Grade V Scholarship Examination from the displayed examination list and click “Apply”.
Confirm that the index number and name displayed for each applicant are correct before submitting the application.
A separate application must be completed for each student requesting re-scrutiny.
After completing the online application, download the generated acknowledgement/application document.
The required hard-copy documents for each student must be sent by registered post according to the official instructions.
The principal should retain the registered-post receipt as proof of posting.
Applications submitted or received after 21 September 2026 will not be accepted.

1. Assistant Director – Administration

External Applicants:

A UGC-recognized degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Public Management or Supply Management.
A minimum of five years of post-qualifying executive-level experience in Personnel Management, Human Resource Management, General Administration or Supply Management after obtaining the first degree.

Internal Applicants:

Possession of the qualifications required from external applicants; or

English Summary

The Ministry of Public Administration, Provincial Councils and Local Government has issued Public Administration Circular No. 20/2026, amending the Preamble of Volume I of the Establishments Code.

A new Section 4 is inserted immediately after Section 3 of the Preamble. The amendment clarifies that no provision of the Establishments Code should be interpreted in a way that denies or limits any right, privilege or immunity granted to an officer by an Act of Parliament.

Applicable recipients:
Secretaries to Ministries, Chief Secretaries of Provinces and Heads of Departments.

Applications are invited for recruitment on a contract basis to fill vacant positions in the North Central Provincial Department of Health Services.

👥 Who Can Apply?

Applications are invited from:

Public Service officers who retired after reaching the age of 60 years; and
Officers of the Tri-Forces who retired after completing the prescribed period of service.
