📝 Online Application

Applications must be submitted through the online system of the Department of Examinations.

🖨️ After Submitting the Online Application

• Submit the application online.
• Download the submitted application.
• Obtain two printed copies.
• Complete the relevant sections of the printed copies by hand where required.
• Have the applicant's signature certified.
• Obtain the required certification from the Zonal Director of Education.
• One copy should be placed in the officer's personal file.
• The other copy should be kept by the applicant for submission when required.

👩‍🏫 Who Should Apply?

This examination is applicable to relevant officers of the Sri Lanka Teachers’ Service and teachers serving under the Provincial Public Service.

In addition, teachers who have already exceeded four years after promotion to Grade 2-I but whose promotion to Grade I falls after 30 June 2025 are also required to complete the Third Efficiency Bar requirement for promotion to Grade I.
