Special Advance of Public Officers.
It has been decided by the Government to pay a Special Advance of an amount not exceeding 4000 for the year 2019.
The payment of this advance should commence on 01.01.2019 and be completed on 28.02.2019. No payment should be made after 28.02.2019. This advance should be completely recovered within the year 2019.
