Applications are invited from eligible Sri Lankans for the award of undergraduate scholarships offered by the Socialist Republic of Vietnam for the academic year 2020/21. Expected number of scholarships is 05.

Requirements:

Should be a citizen of Sri Lanka.
Should be below 25 years of age on 05.08.2020.
Should have passed all subjects in G.C.E. (A/L) Examination conducted by the Department of Examination, Sri Lanka with subjects relevant to the field applicant intends to apply.
Should possess a good knowledge in English.
Should be in good health. Vi) Should not be a student registered or following a course at a university, selected by the UGC based on the G.C.E. A/L examination results.

Special Statement From Education Ministry : School reopen on July 27

Ministry has issued a special notice on reopening schools on July 27th.

ஜூலை மாதம் 27 முதல் அரச பாடசாலைகள் அனைத்தும் தரம் 11, 12 மற்றும் 13 மாணவர்களுக்காக திறக்கப்படுவதற்கான் ஏற்பாடுகள் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டுள்ளன.

கோவிட் 19 பரவல் காரணமாக ஏற்பட்டுள்ள புதிய நிலைமைளைக் கருத்திற்கொண்டு, பாடசாலைகளை ஆரம்பிக்கும் தினம் மற்றும் ஆரம்பிக்கும் தரங்கள் மாற்றப்பட்டுள்ளன.

தரம் 11,12 மற்றும் 13 இற்கு காலை 7.30 தொடக்கம் பி.ப. 3.30 வரை பாடசாலைகள் நடைபெறும். ஏனைய தரங்களுக்கு எதிர்வரும் ஆகஸ்ட் 10 ஆம் திகதி பாடசாலைகள் ஆரம்பிக்கப்படும்.

பாடசாலைகளுக்கு மாணவர்களை அழைக்கும் போது. சுகாதார துறை மற்றும் கல்வி அமைச்சு வழங்கியுள்ள வழிகாட்டல்கள் அறிவுறுததல்கள் பின்பற்றப்படல் வேண்டும்.

பொதுத்தேர்தலுக்கு பயன்படுத்தப்படவுள்ள பாடசாலைகளின் அதிபர் மற்றும் பிரதி அதிபர்கள் ஜூலை மாதம் 28,29,30, 31 தினங்களில் பாடசாலைகளில் இருக்க வேண்டும்.
