Its essential to enter email address. If you do not have a personal email address, please enter the school’s email address.

• Only the Online form should be used. Apply through the link https://nstt.moe.gov.lk
• Facilities for submitting applications via online should be arranged by the respective teachers
• Online Application Period 17.04.2022 - 30.04.2022
• Printed copies of applications should be sent to the Ministry of Education before 20.05.2022 by principal
• Teachers should attach the following documents certified by the Principal along with the application form

• Copy of the first appointment letter
• A copy of the last issued transfer letter
• timetable
• If applying to a provincial school, 4 sets of the above application and documents should be submitted
• its mandatory to apply for the teachers whom Service period is more than 10 years.
• Service period should be calculated as on 31.12.2021
• The application form should be completed by the teacher himself
• Corrections cannot be made after applications have been submitted. If there are any errors in the print version, the relevant corrections should be made with a short signature and hand it over to the Principal.
• Must name at least three schools for transfers
