Applications are invited from Sri Lankan citizens who satisfy the following eligibility criteria to actively involve themselves as youth to be trusted as rational partners in the sustainable development process thus creating a work culture for the country.

Qualifications

• Should have completed first degree or Diploma programme recognized by UGC
• Age not more than 35  45
