78 th Independence Day Commemoration Ceremony Circular 2026

Ministry of Homa Affairs has released a circular on 78th Independence day Commemoration Ceremony in 2026

In view of the 78ft Independence Day Commemoration Ceremony, which falls on February 04, 2026, and considering it a special occasion, it has been decided by the government to keep the National Flag hoisted over a period of one week, from February 0l to February 07,2026, in all buildings where government institutions are maintained.

Visiting Lecturers - SLIATE

Applications are invited from qualified personals for visiting lecturing on the subjects of following Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes at Advanced Technological Institutes (ATIs), under the Sri Lanka Institute of Advanced Technological Education. Priority will be given to the visiting lecturers who are willing to visit respective ATI’s to deliver lectures and contribute in paper setting and paper marking. Preference will be given to the degree holders in relevant field or above qualified persons from the District/ Province of the relevant ATI.
