Pass mark for the Entry Test of BA in English and English Language Teaching is 60% and above.

A pass in this examination is NOT an indication that you have been selected for the program. In addition to a pass in this examination, you need to fulfill the Entry Criteria for this program and our publicity material.

Calculators for GCE A/L Exam



Sri Lanka’s exams chief has permitted the usage of normal calculators for certain subjects during the state Advanced Level exam.

“Scientific calculators won’t be allowed. We will only permit non programmable calculators,” Sanath Pujitha, the commissioner general of the examinations department told News1st.

He noted that calculators could be used by candidates sitting for the

science for technology subjects.
