National School Teacher Transfer Application - 2025


Applications are invited for the National School Teacher Transfer 2025. 

Applications for transfers should be made compulsorily if the service period of the current school is 9 years or more than that by 30.06.2025.


Application Period
21.08.2025 - 07.09.2025

After submitting Online Application, Teachers should get the printout submit to the principal on o before 08.09.2025 with below documents.
  • A copy of the teacher’s original appointment letter, certified by the Principal.
  • A copy of the transfer letter to the present service school, certified by the Principal.
  • A copy of the personal timetable for the year 2025, certified by the Principal.
  • If teaching subjects other than the appointed subject, a certified copy of the highest educational/professional qualification relevant to those subjects.
  • If medical reasons are to be submitted, Form TTB/2025/05 recommended by a specialist who treats the patient, either in a government hospital or a registered private hospital.
  • When it is not possible to include all the information mentioned under 7.2 of the online application, the certified information format by the Principal.

Applications are accepted for Annual Tacher Transfer Online Application from 15th of July 2025 to 15th of August 2025.

  • Service Period Calculation  on 01.01.2025
  • Completed 5 Years Service
  • Apply only one type among within zonal, inter zonal, inter province and to National School.
  • Over 8 Year Service Teacher may be transfer without submitting Applciation

PLEASE DO NOT APPLY BEFORE July 15,2025.

  • Please Apply from 15.07.2225 to 15.08.2025
  • Online Application 
    • for Transfer within Central province.
  • Hard Copy (Printed Application)
    • for Transfer to another Province
    • 5 Copies
  • DO NOT USE OLD PDF Applications, New Applications should be titled as 2026

If the service period is 6 years or more as on 31.12.2024, a transfer must be applied.

Transfer should not be applied if the service period is less than 3 years as on 31.12.2024.
