How is the bill calculated
  • Your Monthly bill is calculated based on your consumption recorded on your water meter.
  • since we were unable to read your meter during the curfew period, your water bill will be issued based on the average consumption during the previous 3 months.
  • after commencing the meter reading again , water bill will be re calculated based on your actual consumption. If there is any amendment for the bill issued for the period of curfew, such amendments will be included in your next water bill.
  • To help us continue our service to provide you of safe drinking water. please settle your water bills as early as possible.
To receive your water bill details, alerts and notifications by sms, send your account number as shown in your water bill. Eg (xx/xx/xxx/xxx/xx) to 071 93 99999 by a SMS.

අවසන් තැපැල් ඡන්ද අයදුම්පත් ලබන 14 වන දින පස්වරු 4.00ට පෙර භාරදෙන ලෙස මැතිවරණ කොමිෂන් සභාව දැනුම් දී ඇත. 

එම අයදුම්පත් අදාළ කාර්යාල, රාජ්‍ය ආයතනය පිහිටි දිස්ත්‍රික්කයේ දිස්ත්‍රික් ලේකම් කාර්යාල, දිස්ත්‍රික් මැතිවරණ කාර්යාලය හෝ රාජගිරිය මැතිවරණ මහ ලේකම් කාර්යාලය වෙත භාරදිමට සහතික කිරීමේ නිලධාරින් කටයුතු කළ යුතු බවයි මැතිවරණ කොමිෂන් සභාව දැනුම් දී ඇත්තේ. 

අදාළ අයදුම්පත් භාරගැනීම පසුගිය අප්‍රේල් මස 28 වන දිනට යෙදී තිබුණ ද පවතින ඇදිරී නීති තත්ත්වය හමුවේ එම කටයුතු සිදු නොවු බවයි මැතිවරණ කොමිසම සඳහන් කළේ. 


எதிர்வரும் 14 ஆம் திகதி பி.ப. 4.00 மணிக்கு முதல் தபால் மூல வாக்களிப்பு விண்ணப்ப்படிவங்களை கையளிக்குமாறு தேர்தல் ஆணையகம் வினவியுள்ளதாக அத தெரன சிங்கள செய்தி சேவை குறிப்பிட்டுள்ளது.

முன்னதாக இறுதித்திகதி ஏப்பிரல் 27 எனக் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டிருந்தது. எனினும் நாட்டில் நிலவிய ஊரடங்கு நிலைமகளை கருத்திற் கொண்டு மீண்டு அந்த கால எல்லi நீடிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

  • මෙම පද්ධතිය ඔස්සේ එක් සිසුවෙකුට පාසල් 10ක් අයදුම්කළ හැකිය
  • එක් එක් පාසල සඳහා වෙන් වෙන් වශයෙන් අයදුම්පත් යොමුකළ යුතුය.

මැයි 11 වනදා සිට මෙරට ජනජීවිතය යථාවත් කිරීම සදහා රජය තීරණය කර තිබේ. ඒ අනූව කොළඹ, ගම්පහ, කලුතර යන දිස්ත්‍රික්කවල රාජ්‍ය සහ පෞද්ගලික ආයතනවල රාජකාරී කටයුතු ආරම්භ කිරීමට නියමිතයි.

11 වෙනි සදුදා සිට කොළඹ, ගම්පහ, කලුතර, පුත්තලම දිස්ත්‍රික්ක හැර සෙසු දිස්ත්‍රික්ක 23,  11 වැනිදා අලුයම 05 සිට රාත්‍රී 08 දක්වා ඇදිරිනීතිය ඉවත් කෙරෙන අතර මෙම දිස්ත්‍රික්ක සදහා නැවත දැනුම්දෙන තුරු සෑම දිනකම ඇදිරිනීතිය ලිහිල් වන්නේ අලුයම 05 සිට රාත්‍රී 08 දක්වා කාලසීමාවේදීයි.

ඇදිරිනීතිය ලිහිල් කෙරෙන ප්‍රදේශ වල ජනතාවට සිය දෛනික කටයුතු සාමාන්‍ය පරිදි සිදුකරගෙන යා හැකි වුවත් රජය ඉල්ලා සිටින්නේ අත්‍යවශ්‍ය කාරණයකට පමණක් නිවසින් බැහැරව ගොස් අනෙක් සෑම අවස්ථාවකම නිවෙස් තුළ රැදී සිටින ලෙසයි.

ඇදිරි නීතිය ක්‍රියාත්මක කොළඹ, ගම්පහ, කලුතර, පුත්තලම යන දිස්ත්‍රික්ක වල රාජ්‍ය සහ පෞද්ගලික දෙඅංශයේ ආයතන මැයි 11 වනදා සිට විවෘත කොට පවත්වාගෙන යාම සිදුකරනවා.ඒ සදහා සැලසුම් සකස් කිරීම සිදුවන්නේ ඒඒ ආයතන වල ප්‍රධානීනන් විසින්. ඒමෙන්ම රාජ්‍ය සහ පෞද්ගලික ආයතන වල රාජකාරියට වාර්තා කළ යුතු සේවකයි ප්‍රමාණය තීරණය කිරීමද ආයතන ප්‍රධානියාගේ වගකීමක් වනවා.

ආයතන විවෘත කොට පවත්වාගෙන යාමේදී සෞඛ්‍ය අංශ ලබාදී ඇති උපදෙස් ක්‍රියාත්මක කිරීම පිළිබද වගකීම ඇත්තේ ආයතන ප්‍රධානීන් වෙතයි. පෞද්ගලික අංශයේ ආයතන විවෘත කිරීමට උපදෙස් ලබාදී ඇත්තේ පෙරවරු 10 ටයි.........

மே மாதம் 11 ஆம் திகதி முதல் நாட்டில் மக்களின் வாழ்க்கை நிலைமையை சுமுக நிலைக்கு கொண்டு வர அரசு முடிவெடுத்துள்ளது. அதற்கேற்ப கொழும்பு, கம்பஹா, களுத்துறை மாவட்டங்களில் அரச மற்றும் தனியார் துறை நிறுவனங்களின் கடமைகள் ஆரம்பிக்கப்படவுள்ளது.

11 ஆம் திகதியிலிருந்து கொழும்பு, கம்பஹா, களுத்துறை புத்தளம் ஆகிய மாவட்டங்களைத் தவிர்ந்து ஏனைய 23 மாவட்டங்களுக்கும் அதிகாலை 05.00 மணி தொடக்கம், இரவு 08.00 மணிவரை ஊரடங்குச் சட்டம் தளர்த்தப்படும். மீண்டும் அறிவிக்கும் வரை தினந்தோரும் இவ்வாறு பகல் நேரத்தில் (மு.ப. 5.00 தொடக்கம் இரவு 08.00 வரை) ஊரடங்குச் சட்டம் தளர்த்தப்படும்.

ஊரடங்குச் சட்டம் தளர்த்தப்படும் பிரதேசங்களில் மக்கள் தமது அன்றாட நடவடிக்கைகளை சாதாரணமாக கொண்டு செல்ல முடியுமான போதிலும், தேவையான சந்தர்ப்பங்களில் மாத்திரம் வீட்டை விட்டு வெளியே வருமாறும் ஏனைய சந்தர்ப்பங்களில் வீட்டினுள்ளேயே இருக்குமாறும் அரசாங்கம் பொது மக்களிடம் வேண்டிக் கொள்கின்றது.

ஊரடங்குச் சட்டம் அமுலில் இருக்கும், கொழும்பு, கம்பஹா, களுத்துறை மற்றும் புத்தளம் ஆகிய மாவட்டங்களில் உள்ள அரச மற்றும் தனியார் துறை நிறுவனங்கள் மே மாதம் 11 முதல் திறக்கப்பட்டு அவற்றின் நடவடிக்கைகள் முன்னெடுத்துச் செல்லப்படும். அது தொடர்பான திட்டமிடல் பணிகளை மேற்கொள்வது குறித்த நிறுவனத் தலைவர்களாகும். நிறுவனங்களுக்கு வேலைக்கு வர வேண்டிய ஆளணியினரின் தொகையைத் தீர்மானிப்பதும் குறித்த நிறுவனத் தலைவர்களின் பொறுப்பாகும். அதே போன்று குறித்த நிறுவனங்களின் நடவடிக்கைகளை முன்னெடுத்துச் செல்லும் போது சுகாதார துறையினரினால் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ள அறிவுறுத்தல்களை நடைமுறைப்படுத்தும் பொறுப்பும் நிறுவனத் தலைவர்களை சாறும். தனியார் துறை நிறுவனங்களை ஆரம்பிக்;க வேண்டிய நேரம் மு.ப. 10 .00 மணியாகும்.

පසිඳු හිරුසාන්, ශ්‍රී ජයවර්ධනපුර විශ්ව විද්‍යාලයේ ශිෂ්‍යයෙකි. ජ්‍යෙෂ්ඨ සිසුන්ගේ ක්‍රියාකාරකම් වලින් බරපතල ලෙස පීඩාවට පත්වූ ඔහු දැන් වෛද්‍ය කාර්ය මණ්ඩලයේ සහාය ඇතිව කෙටි දුරක් ඇවිද යයි. කෙසේ වෙතත්, ඔහුගේ පවුලේ අය සහ මිතුරන් හඳුනා ගැනීමට ඔහුට නොහැකි විය. අක්ෂර හඳුනා ගැනීම සඳහා අභ්‍යාස සපයනු ලැබේ.  ශරීරයේ එක් පැත්තක් අංශභාගය පෙළෙන ඔහු තවමත් දැඩි සත්කාර ඒකකයේ ප්‍රතිකාර ලබයි.

எழுதுவதற்கான முன்னெடுப்புகள் மேற்கொள்ளப்படுகின்றன. எழுத்துக்களை அடையாளம் கண்டுகொள்ள பயிற்சிகள் வழங்கப்படுகின்றன. உடலின் ஒரு பக்கம் பக்கவாதத்தினால் பாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. மாணவன் தொடர்ந்தும் ICU வில் சிகிச்சை பெற்று வருகின்றான்.

Business ventures who can travel within districts



Health Ministry says that it has been decided to allow the business ventures who have wider distribution networks around the country to travel freely within the districts where the curfew is lifted and also to allow to enter and exit and district without any restriction.
  • Furniture manufacturing and distribution
  • distribution of electrical items and findings
  • supermarket chains
  • processed food distribution chains
  • other such services with logistic networks

රට පුරා පුළුල් බෙදාහැරීමේ ජාල ඇති ව්‍යාපාරිකයින්ට ඇඳිරි නීතිය ඉවත් කර ඇති දිස්ත්‍රික්ක තුළ නිදහසේ ගමන් කිරීමට ඉඩ ලබා දී ඇති බවත්, කිසිදු බාධාවකින් තොරව දිස්ත්‍රික්කයට ඇතුළුවීමට සහ පිටවීමට ඉඩ දීමට තීරණය කර ඇති බවත් සෞඛ්‍ය අමාත්‍යාංශය පවසයි.

ஊரடங்கு உத்தரவு நீக்கப்பட்ட மாவட்டங்களுக்குள் நாடு முழுவதும் பரவலான விநியோக வலையமைப்புகளைக் கொண்ட வணிக முயற்சிகளை சுதந்திரமாக பயணிக்க அனுமதிக்க முடிவு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளதாகவும், எந்தவொரு தடையும் இன்றி மாவட்டத்திற்குள் நுழையவும் வெளியேறவும் அனுமதிக்க முடிவு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளதாக சுகாதார அமைச்சகம் தெரிவித்துள்ளது.
