Circular : Re Use of School Books : Education Ministry



The Ministry of Education has issued a circular regarding the reuse of textbooks.

It provides information on the use of textbooks, how to withdraw and how to distribute books to students.

The principal, the teacher and the parents must know these things.

පෙළපොත් නැවත භාවිතා කිරීම සම්බන්ධයෙන් අධ්‍යාපන අමාත්‍යාංශය විසින් චක්‍රලේඛයක් නිකුත් කර තිබේ.

එය පෙළපොත් භාවිතය, ඉවත් කර ගන්නා ආකාරය සහ සිසුන්ට පොත් බෙදා හරින ආකාරය පිළිබඳ තොරතුරු සපයයි.

විදුහල්පති, ගුරුවරයා සහ දෙමාපියන් මේ දේවල් දැන සිටිය යුතුය.

பாடநூல்களை மீள பயன்படுத்துவது தொடர்பாக கல்வி அமைச்சு ஒரு சுற்றரிக்கை ஒன்றை வௌியிட்டுள்ளது.

இதில் பாடநூல்களின் பாவணை, திரும்ப பெற்றுக் கொள்ளும் விதம் மற்றும் மாணவர்களுக்கு எவ்வாறு புத்தகங்களை வழங்குவது என்பது தொடர்பான தகவல்கள் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளன.

இவ்விடயங்களை அதிபர், ஆசிரியர் மற்றும் பெற்றோர் கட்டாயம் அறிந்து கொள்ள வேண்டும்.

Mobile App for Teachers : Education Ministry



NEMIS – THRM AppThe Ministry of Education in Sri Lanka has taken actions to setup an Information System for teachers in Sri Lanka named as the Teacher Human Resource Management (THRM) system under the National Education Management System (NEMIS).

This system is to provide service for the Sri Lankan teachers in government schools, special Education schools, Private schools and Pirivenas. The data entry of each teacher is done by the respective zonal education office where the teacher serves, based on the information of teachers’ personal files. The data uploaded and updated by the respective officers who are handling the teachers’ personal files in the zones, under the supervision of staff-grade officer.

If any information shown in the app is not accurate or to be updated, please contact the respective zonal NEMIS coordinator whose details are mentioned under the coordinators list in this app
It is also the teacher’s responsibility to keep up to date information in the system.

It is anticipated to implement the school based assessment program within the school system in a newly manner, aiming at empowering the learning teaching process effectively by considering the current trends and innovations in Education.

This program must be implemented for all subjects taught in 6-13 Grades. It is compulsory to implement one assessment stage each for a term for every subject taught in Grades 6-13. This assessment program will be implemented aiming at providing feedback to the students to reach the expected competency level by identifying their ability levels existed. However, teachers can implement a number of more assessment stages according to their preference.

Ministry is going to initiate online platform for Annual Teacher Transfer and Mutual Transfer.

ඔබ මුල්වරට ගුරු ද්වාරයට පිවිසෙන්නේ නම් username සහ password ලෙස ජාතික හැදුනුම්පත් අංකය භාවිතා කරන්න.
  • ඔබ මිට පෙර nemis හා සම්බන්දවී මුරපදය වෙනස් කරගෙන ඇත්නම් එම මුරපදයම භාවිතා කරන්න.
  • ඔබට nemis මෘදුකාංගය හරහා මුරපදය වෙනස්කර ගැනීමට https://nemis.moe.gov.lk/ වෙත පිවිසෙන්න.
  • ඇතුළත්විය නොහැකිනම් කලාප කාර්යාලයේ අදාළ නිලධාරියා අමතන්න.
මෙම මෘදුකාංගය පහත සදහන් සේවාවන් ලබාගැනීම සදහා භාවිත කළ හැක.
  1. අධ්‍යාපන අමාත්‍යාංශය සතු ඔබ පිළිබඳ දත්ත (ජීව දත්ත හා සේවා සටහන්) යාවත්කාලින කරගැනීම තුළින් ගුරු මාරුවීම් සදහා අයදුම් කිරීම පහසු කිරීම හා එම සේවාව වඩා කාර්යක්ෂම කරගැනීම.
    • ඔබ දැනට උගන්වන විෂයන් ආදී තොරතුරු මෙම පද්ධතිය තුල යාවත්කාලීන කරගැනීම ගුරු මාරු හා පුරප්පාඩු සම්පූර්ණ කිරීමේදී වැදගත් වේ.
    • ඔබගේ තොරතුරු නිවැරදි නොවන්නේනම් විදුහල්පති මඟින් කලාප කාර්යාලය හරහා අදාළ තොරතුරු නිවැරදි කරගන්න.
  2. සුහද ගුරු ස්ථාන මාරු සඳහා අයදුම් කිරීම.
    • සුහද මාරු සදහා දැන්වීම් ගුරු ද්වාරය තුළ පළකිරීම සහ ඒ සදහා අපේක්ෂාවෙන් පසුවන ගුරුවරුන් සොයාගැනීම
    • සුහද මාරුවීම බලාපොරොත්තුවන පළාත,දිස්ත්‍රික්කය, උගන්වන අංශය, උගන්වන විෂය හා මාධ්‍යය ඇතුළත් කිරීම අනිවාර්ය වේ.
    • කලාපය, කොට්ඨාසය හා ස්ථාන මාරු අපේක්ෂිත පාසැල අමතර තොරතුරු ලෙස ඇතුළත් කළ හැක.
    • වෙනත් ගුරුභවතුන් විසින් පළකර ඇති දැන්වීම් පරීක්ෂා කිරීමේදීද පළාත, දිස්ත්‍රික්කය, උගන්වන අංශය, උගන්වන විෂය හා මාධ්‍යය අනිවාර්යයෙන්ම ඇතුළත් කළ යුතුය.
    • මාරුවීම් සදහා ගුරුභවතුන් අතර එකගතාවය ඇතිකරගැනීමෙන් පසු මෙම මෘදුකාංගය මගින් අයදුම් කිරීමේදී සුහද මාරු ලෙස අයදුම් කළ යුතුය.
    • සුහද මාරු සදහා දැන්වීම් පළ කිරීමේදී එම පළකරනු ලබන දැන්වීම් වල සම්පූර්ණ වගකීම් දැන්වීම පළකරන ගුරුභවතා සතු වේ.
    • මෙම පහසුකම අදාළ කරුණ සදහා පමණක් භාවිතා කළ යුතු අතර, යම් ලෙසකින් අවභාවිතා කළහොත් එම පහසුකම අදාල ගුරුභවතුන් සදහා ඉදිරියේදී අවහිර වනු ඇත.
    • මෙම සියලු ස්ථාන මාරුවීම් ජාතික ගුරු ස්ථාන මාරු ප්‍රතිපත්ති (චක්‍රලේඛ අංක 2007/20), කාර්ය පටිපාටික රීති හා ගුරු ස්ථාන මාරු නිර්ණායකයන්ට අනුකූලව විය යුතු බව කාරුණිකව සලකන්න.
  3. වාර්ෂික ස්ථාන මාරු සදහා අයදුම් කිරීම. (2021 වර්ෂයේ ගුරු මාරු සදහා අයදුම් කළ හැකි දින සිට).
  4. Online පද්ධතිය හරහා අයදුම් කරනලද ස්ථානමාරුවල ප්‍රගතිය නිරීක්ෂණය කිරීම.

பின்வரும் சேவைகளைப் பெற இந்த மென்பொருளைப் பயன்படுத்தலாம்.
  1. ஆசிரியர் இடமாற்றங்களுக்கான விண்ணப்பத்தை எளிதாக்குவதற்கும், கல்வி அமைச்சின் உங்களைப் பற்றிய தரவுகளை (சுயவிபரம் மற்றும் சேவை குறிப்புகள்) புதுப்பிப்பதன் மூலம் சேவையை மிகவும் வினைத்திறனாக்குவதற்கும்
    • ஆசிரியர் இடமாற்றங்கள் மற்றும் வெற்றிடங்களை நிரப்பும்போது இந்த அமைப்பில் நீங்கள் தற்போது கற்பிக்கும் பாடங்கள் குறித்த தகவல்களை புதுப்பிப்பது முக்கியம்.
    • உங்கள் தகவல் தவறாக இருந்தால், அதிபர் ஊடாக தகவல்களை வலய அலுவலகம் மூலம் திருத்த வேண்டும்.

    • ஒத்துமாறல் எதிர்பார்க்கப்படும் மாகாணம், மாவட்டம், கற்பித்தல் பிரிவு, கற்பித்தல் பாடம் மற்றும் மொழி மூலத்தை உள்ளடக்குவது கட்டாயமாகும்.
    • வலயம், கோட்டம் மற்றும் இடமாற்றம் எதிர்பார்க்கப்படும் பாடசாலை கூடுதல் தகவல்களாக சேர்க்கப்படலாம்.
    • பிற ஆசிரியர்களால் வெளியிடப்பட்ட அறிவித்தலை சரிபார்க்கும்போது, ​​மாகாணம், மாவட்டம், கற்பித்தல் பிரிவு, கற்பித்தல் பாடம் மற்றும் மொழி மூலத்தை உள்ளடக்குவது கட்டாயமாகும்.

    • இந்த இடமாற்றங்கள் அனைத்தும் தேசிய ஆசிரியர் இடமாற்றக் கொள்கை (சுற்றறிக்கை எண் 2007/20), நடைமுறை விதிகள் மற்றும் ஆசிரியர் இடமாற்ற நியதிகளுக்கு இணங்க வேண்டும் என்பதை நினைவில் கொள்க.
  3. வருடாந்த இடமாற்றங்களுக்கு விண்ணப்பித்தல். (2021 ஆம் ஆண்டில் ஆசிரியர் இடமாற்றத்திற்கான விண்ணப்ப தேதியிலிருந்து)
  4. ஆன்லைன் முறை மூலம் விண்ணப்பிக்கப்படும் இடமாற்றங்களின் முன்னேற்றத்தை கண்காணித்தல்.

  1. Applicant should be 18 years or over on the closing date of applications, and 
  2. Successfully completed the Advanced Certificate in Pre-School Education Programme conducted by the Open University of Sri Lanka, or
  3. At least 03 passes at the GCE (A/L) Examination and 06 passes in G.C.E (O/L) Examination with Language and Mathematics, or 
  4. At least pass grades in a minimum of fifty four (54) course credits (before 2017/2018 academic year), minimum of thirty six (36) course credits (after 2017/2018 academic year), or granted exemptions at Level 1 & 2 of any Foundation programme conducted by the Open University of Sri Lanka and six (06) passes at the General Certificate in 14 Education (Ordinary Level) Examination including First Language & Mathematics, or
  5. Diploma in Teaching offered by the National College of Education, or 
  6. Trained Teachers Certificate offered by the Government Teacher Training Colleges.

සියලු ගුරුවරුන් සවස 3.30 තෙක් පාසලේ රැඳී සිටීම අත්‍යවශ්‍ය නැහැ. කාලසටහන අනුව නියමිත ඉගෙනුම් කාලච්ඡ්ද සම්පූර්ණ කිරීම ප්‍රමාණවත්. guruwaraya.lk

එළඹෙන ජූලි මස 06 වැනි සඳුදා දින සිට ලංකාවේ සියලු පාසල්, දරුවන් සඳහා විවෘත කිරීමට කටයුතු යොදන ලෙස අධ්‍යාපන අමාත්‍යාංශය විසින් මේ වනවිටත් සියලු පළාත් සහ කලාප බලධාරීන් මෙන් ම පාසල් ප්‍රධානීන් දැනුවත් කර තිබේ. 

සෞඛ්‍ය අධ්‍යක්ෂ ජෙනරාල් විසින් ලබා දී ඇති සෞඛ්‍යාරක්ෂිත ක්‍රමවේද නිවැරදි ව අනුගමනය කරමින්, ඒ සඳහා පාසල තුළ ගිලන් කාමර, දෑත් සේදීම් පහසුකම් ඇතුළු මූලික පහසුකම් සලසා දීම කෙරෙහි පූර්ණ අවධානය යොමු කළ යුතු බවට ද, විදුහල්පතිවරුන් වෙත උපදෙස් ලබා දී ඇත. කිසියම් දරුවකු උණ, කැස්ස සෙම්ප්‍රතිශ්‍යාව හෝ වෙනත් රෝග ලක්ෂණ පෙන්නුම් කරන්නේ නම් ඔවුන් පාසලට නොඑවීමට කටයුතු කරන ලෙස දෙමව්පියන් වෙත ද දන්වා සිටිනු ලැබේ. 

එමෙන් ම, පාසල් විවෘත කිරීම සම්බන්ධ ව යෝජිත ව ඇති විශේෂ වැඩපිළිවෙළ ක්‍රියාවට නැංවෙන මෙම කාලය තුළ පාසල් වෙත ගුරුවරුන් පැමිණීමේ දී තමන්ට නියමිත කාලසටහන් අනුව අදාළ කාලපරිච්චේද තුළ ඉගැන්වීමට පමණක් පාසල තුළ රැඳීම ප්‍රමාණවත් වන බවත්, විදුහල්පතිවරයා විසින් අතිරේක කාර්යයන් පවරා ඇති අවස්ථාවක හැර, සියලු ගුරුවරුන් පාසල් තුළ පස්වරු 3.30 දක්වා රැඳී සිටීම අත්‍යවශ්‍ය නොවන බවත් අධ්‍යාපන අමාත්‍යාංශය සඳහන් කරයි. 

තව ද, ගුරුවරුන් විසින් පාසලට පැමිණීම සහ පිටවීම සටහන් කිරීම සඳහා පවත්වාගෙන යන ලේඛනය හෝ තාවකාලික ව මෙම කාලය සඳහා පවත්වාගෙන යනු ලබන ලේඛනයෙහි නියමිත කාල වේලා අනුව සටහන් තැබිය යුතු අතර, කාලසටහන් අනුව ඒ ඒ ගුරුවරයාට නියමිත කාලච්ඡේදයන් තුළ ඉගැන්වීම් කටයුතු අවසන් කළ පසු පාසලින් බැහැර ව යාමට අවස්ථාව ලබාදිය යුතු බව ද වැඩිදුරටත් දැනුම් දෙයි. 

කොවිඩ් අභියෝගය හේතුවෙන් දීර්ඝ කාලයක් පාසල් වසා තැබීමට සිදු වීම නිසා දරුවන්ගේ අධ්‍යයන කටයුතු වලට සිදු වූ බලපෑම, පිළිබඳ අවබෝධ කරගනිමින් මෙම කාලය තුළ පාසලෙහි වාර විභාග, ක්‍රීඩා තරග හෝ වෙනත් විෂය බාහිර කටයුතු සංවිධානය කිරීමෙන් වළකින ලෙසත්, ඉගෙනුම් ක්‍රියාවලිය සඳහා ම පමණක් පාසල තුළ අවශ්‍ය පසුබිම සකසා දෙන ලෙසත් විදුහල්පතිවරුන්ගෙන් ඉල්ලා සිටියි. 

මඟහැරී ගිය ඉගෙනුම් කාලය ආවරණය කිරීමට දරුවන්ගේ ඉගෙනුම් කටයුතු සඳහා පමණක් ම සියලු පාසල් ප්‍රමුඛත්වය ලබාදෙන්න.

தவறவிடப்பட்ட கற்பித்தல் காலத்தை மீள பயன்படுத்துவதில், மாணவர்களின் கல்வி நடவடிக்கைகளுக்கு மாத்திரம் பயன்படுத்துவதற்கு அனைத்து பாடசாலைகளும் முன்னுரிமை வழங்க வேண்டும்.guruwaraya.lk

அனைத்து ஆசிரியர்களும் பி.ப 3.30 வழர பாடசாலையில் இருக்க வேண்டிய அவசியம் இல்லை. நேர அட்டவணைக்கு ஏற்ப guruwaraya.lk குறித்த கற்பித்தல் கால நேரத்தை பூரணப்படுத்தல் போதுமானது.

எதிர்வரும் ஜூலை 06 திங்கட்கிழமை தொடக்கம் நாட்டின் அனைத்து பாடசாலைகளும் மாணவர்களுக்காக திறக்கப்படுவதற்கான நடவடிக்கைகள் எடுக்கப்;பட,  guruwaraya.lk கல்வி அமைச்சின் மூலம் அனைத்து மாகாண, வலய மற்றும் பாடசாலை பிரதானிகளுக்கு அறிவுறுத்தல்கள் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.

சுகாதார பணிப்பாளரினால் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ள அறிவுறுத்தல்களை சரியான முறையில் பின்பற்றி, அதற்கேற்ற வகையில் பாடசாலையில் நோயாளி அறை, கை கழுவுதல் போன்ற வசதிகள் உட்பட அடிப்படை வசதிகள் ஏற்படுத்திக் கொள்ளல் தொடர்பாக முழுமையான கவனம் செலுத்தப்படல் வேண்டும் என அதிபர்களுக்குஅறிவுறுத்தல் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. guruwaraya.lk மாணவர்களுக்கு சுகயீன நிலைமைகள் இருப்பின் அவர்களை பாடசாலைக்கு அனுப்பாமல் இருக்குமாறு பெற்றோரிடம் வேண்டுகோள் விடுக்கப்படுகின்றது.

அதே போன்று பாடசாலைகள் ஆரம்பிப்பது தொடர்பாக முன்வைக்கப்பட்டுள்ள விசேட ஏற்பாடுகளை நடைமுறைப்படுத்தப்படும் இக்காலகட்டத்தில் பாடசாலைக்கு ஆசிரியர்கள் guruwaraya.lk வரும் போது, தமக்கு வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ள நேர அட்டவணைக்கு உரிய கால நேரத்தில் கற்பிக்க மாத்திரம் பாடசாலையில் இருத்தல் போதுமானது எனவும், அதிபரினால் மேலதிக வேலைகள் வழங்கப்பட்ட சந்தர்ப்பங்களை தவிர அனைத்து ஆசிரியர்களும் பி.ப. 3.30 வரை பாடசாலையில் இருக்க வேண்டிய அவசியம் இல்லை எனவும் கல்வி அமைச்சு சுட்டிக் காட்டுகிறது.  guruwaraya.lk

மேலும் ஆசிரியர்களின் வருகை மற்றும் வெளியேறுகை என்பவற்றை பதிவிட நடைமுறையில் உள்ள ஆவணம் அல்லது தற்காலிகமாக இக்காலத்திற்காக நடைமுறைப்படுத்தப்படும் ஆவணத்தில் guruwaraya.lk உரிய நேர காலத்திற்கேற்ப பதிவுகள் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட வேண்டியதுடன் கால நேர அட்டவணைக்கு ஏற்ப அந்தந்த ஆசிரியர்கள் நிச்சயிக்கப்பட்ட பாடவேளைகளில் கற்பித்தலை நிறைவு செய்ததன் பின்னர் பாடசாலையிலிருந்து வெளியேற சந்தர்ப்பம் வழங்கப்படல் வேண்டும் எனவும் அறிவிக்கப்படுகின்றது.

கோவிட் காரணமாக நீண்ட காலம் பாடசாலைகள் மூடப்பட வேண்டி இருந்ததால், மாணவர்களின் கல்வி நடவடிக்கைகள் பாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளமையால், இக்கால கட்டத்தை பாடசாலைகளில் தவணைப் பரீட்சை, விளையாட்டு அல்லது ஏனைய கல்வி சாரா நடவடிக்கைகளுக்கு பயன்படுத்த வேண்டாம் எனவும், கற்பித்தல் பணிகளுக்கு தேவையான அவசியமான சூழலை மாத்திரம் ஏற்படுத்திக் கொள்ளுமாறும் அதிபர்மார்களிடம் வேண்டிக் கொள்ளப்படுகின்றது.
